Today, I will continue the Phalcon Documentation Opensource project translation Part II, and I collect 615 words, Previously there are 4% translation in Indonesian.

Can be seen some files that are empty and I fill my translation into Indonesian, Many files are still empty (0%) then I choose one file that is `tutorial-base.md, for i translations to 100%.

Then proceed to add the translation package to Phalcon Documentation project in part II. Produce 615 words and be able to contribute from 4% to 5%. Placing a word per word and giving 48 translation suggestions.

And from the translations in parts I and II as a whole have contributed in 1168 words
