Avidemux is an open source video editing software used for cutting, encoding, and filtering videos with various file formats.

Proposal

A callout is an explanation about portion or an image to help explain what it is describing (via a line, arrow, spotlight or other means). Adding callout to your video project is an effective tool to direct your audience attention to something important in the video. When i download my copy of avidemux and then use it for first time i noticed that there are no callouts exist in avidemux and then i do more research on it and find that in order to use callouts we have to first export our video track into our machine and then use any other software like camtasia studio or else, now the problem with this is that it is very time taking and irritating process to first export and then use any other software to add callouts in our video tracks, so i suggest it's great if we able to use callouts tool in avidemux directly and once they add this as default then user's just need to install and open avidemux software and this tool show up by default in avidemux and i hope users also appreciate having such important tool in avidemux , let me show you examples that how avidemux looks like when they add callouts tool.

After left clicking on callouts tab a new menu opens up with lots of different callouts and user's just need to select their desired callout and finally click on add callout button, see the image below

Benefits

By adding callouts to video projects user's able to direct their audience’s attention to something important in the video, with the help of callouts user's also able to explain different portions of video in much better way. A callout could also be used for other purposes, such as labeling parts of an image in video. When avidemux add this tool then user's able to add callouts directly in avidemux and they won't need to use any third party software, this induction will save precious time of user's and it also catch more clients as peoples find avidemux equipped with awesome tools.
