Translated 500 (not 576) words from EN to TR bitshares/docs.bitshares.org (Part-4)

I have translated 500 English words to Turkish in ''migration.po'' and "bitshares.po" files which belongs to Github's open source code named ''docs.bitshares.org'' project by Crowdin.

What is BitShares?
