Using Vue2 at the moment. Love how you can just populate a JavaScript array and render tables, lists and repeating elements with ease without too much HTML or DOM work.

Yes, via the Quasar framework. Hyrbid mobile app development is the way to go. Easier to port around to other platforms later without complete rewrites. Good idea.
