Components
To be honest the colour picker or chooser in open pad, is not entirely flexible. It is quite hard to tell how to get specific colours since it seem to a process of combining colour. Pushing sliders of red, blue and green to find a particular colour. I would call this old fashion, but I really can't tell the developer's actual intention. But I still have to point out that the colour chooser need to be restructured.
Proposal
I use some other paint applications in the past, like pics art. And if you have used them you would notice the colour picker is easy to use, as you can directly pin point a colour you want with ease. It also shows samples of major colours. This is how openpad paint colour chooser should be. One may not like having to push those sliders back and forth for long in search of a color.

Benefits
Easy location of desired colours, and a more colours to be obtained. The difficulty in finding colours would be no more.
the suggested colour chooser has a modernised and beautiful look and feel compared to what openpad currently has and that would be an addition to user interface.
