WhalePH v2 Update

As discussed in previous posts and announcements, Plans for WHalePH - another bot created to support the Steemit and PH community, was to be re-purposed and re-branded. After many hours of re-coding the bot I am happy to announce the v2 update which is now live.

I didn't just want to create a bunch of Upvote Bots and instead wanted to create a set of tools which would support different audiences and focus on supporting a wide variety of Steemit users.

Using WhalePH I wanted to focus additional support on people in the community who help the community internal to Steemit and the PH community as well as external in real life communities.

When I first launched WhalePH, it was created as a post-upvote-bot for the PH Community through Discord. Community members would execute it using the command $vote [url]. When UpvotePH (a more advanced post-upvote-bot) was created I essentially had two bots performing the same function, with WhalePH being less advanced.

My goal was to re-purpose WhalePH for a task that related more to it's name and my vision.

With v2 I have updated the code with the following changes and functions:

1. WhalePH will now upvote posts from a specific list of users only. These Users are:
   -- People who delegate SP to any of the various Bots that support the community
   -- Host Events and Contests on behalf of the PH Community in Discord or Steemit
   -- Participate regularly in community Events
   -- Donate funds to the community and charities
   -- Attend Steemit Philippines Functions
   -- People who regularly mentor and provide support to the PH community
2. Convert Steem and SBD earned to SP to increase VP
3. No longer be a Discord based bot
4. Track Participation and Support and Upvote Posts accordingly using various %s of VP

• Delegate additional SP to WhalePH to increase incentives and drive community support
• Update list of supported users
• add functionality to auto-pull list of delegators

Files updated in this Version:

• index.js - Code updated with features listed above.
• settings.json - file added for additional layer of security for storing of API Keys, Tokens, Easier updates, etc.
