Turkish Translations: Babel Handbook (500 WORDS)

Babel is a compiler for writing next generation JavaScript.
Babel is a tool that helps you write code in the latest version of JavaScript. When your supported environments don't support certain features natively, Babel will help you compile those features down to a supported version.

I have continued translating the Babelhandbook. When I started working the project was at %34 and when I finished it was %39.
While I translate the text, somebody maybe translating at the same time. I checked and saw that I translated 500 words. Also, It was not difficult to translate this project because i am a babaelhandbook user.
