You tagged it as minor improvement, fine I agree even though I wonder what you will tag a suggestion like "Adding label to user's name".
I wonder how it manages not to have any direct relation to the purpose of the project.
You said the mockups are poor? Can you kindly explain why it is so.
The overall presentation is average... Despite the clear headings and clear writings I used? What else was I supposed to write there?

No doubt, PO marked your suggestion as high priority but that does not mean you will get a high score for suggesting a small enhancement.
This suggested feature is a minor improvement because it does not impact the functionality or usability significantly. It is just a slight enhancement.
The main purpose of the purpose of the project is to provide an alternative interface for steemit, that is posting, commenting and upvoting along with the "transfers". Anything related to the above mentioned functions is in direct relation with the project.
The mock-ups aren't bad but they aren't of excellent quality as well. Mock-ups could have been better if you had used high quality images. Your mock-ups don't retail their original quality upon zooming. You could have used multiple mock-ups also.
I would still say that your mock-ups aren't poor but I had to choose between excellent and poor.
The title of the contribution should briefly explain the suggested feature which was missing.
In the "proposal description" section you are supposed to write the description of your proposal, not the problem.
It should be
