Steps:

  1. Go https://ph-steemapp.herokuapp.com/
  2. Scroll Down to Middle Right of the Page for Search Box
  3. Key In Username eg. mufwic, cloh76.witness & flirtasia
  4. Observe the Location of Users in Search Result

Expected Result: All Users should from Philippines.

Actual Result: Some Users are not from Philippines.

Environment: Windows 8.1/Firefox
