it'w will help you to save links , For reference at a later time

How To use it ?

Put The code in notepad & save it as .vbs
Run vbs file Then it's will Tell You To Put Your Link To save it
Put the Link & The Shortcut Will created
Open The Shortcut Will direct you to the Link
You Need To Have Google Chrome
