Caneda (Circuits and Networks Electronic Design Automation)
Caneda is an open source EDA software suite focused on ease of use and portability.
Its main goal is to handle the complete design process: schematic capture, simulation and circuit layout or PCB.
Caneda aims to support all kinds of circuit simulation types, e.g. DC, AC, S-parameter and harmonic balance analysis.
Expected behavior
This is the opening window of the softare, on upper left we can see search button.
When we want to search for Resistor we would expect to find Resistor as shown below:
Actual behaviour
In software, we can not type Resistance since some letters are assigned for shortcuts.
Shortcuts can be found by clicking Space ---> Configure Shortcuts...
We can see here letters R , W , I ... are reserved. We can not use those words in the search button.
When we try to type Resistor on search bar, result is the following:
Since the words are assigned to shortcuts.
How to reproduce
We can assign those shortcuts to other words to write desired component names but if we do, other components will be harmed from this bug.

The repository is not active for more than a year if we look for a valid update there was a version change only which was done 6 months ago and second latest change is 2 years ago.
There is a pull request made more than 3 months ago but there is no update on it till now.
Thats why, the project is inactive and the bug report cannot be accepted if we count the recent valid activity which was 2 years ago.
