Add login component [EN/PL]

Login component

As a safeguard of User-Manager application on UI's side logging component is added.

It was defined in the task Issue 126

There was an updated from angular 5.1.0 to 5.2.1 and angular-cli was updated from 1.5.4 to 1.6.5

Within the issue I added the componet of login-form

In "app.commponet.ts/html" I added hide meni in case the user isn't logged on.

Adding initial version security.service.ts

In top meni enabled log out button.

(PL) Komponent Logowania

W ramach zabezpieczenia aplikacji User-Manager po stronie interfejsu użytkownika jest dodanie komponentu logowania.

Zostało to zdefiniowane w zadaniu: Issue 126

Został zauktualizowany angular z 5.1.0 do 5.2.1
oraz angular-cli z wersji 1.5.4 do wersji 1.6.5

W ramach zadania dodałem komponent login-form

W app.commponet.ts/html dodałem ukrywanie meni w wypadku gdy użytkownik nie jest zalogowany.

Dodałem zalążek security.service.ts
a w meniu górnym włączyłem przycisk wylogowywania (log out).

Wszystkie zmiany zostały dokonane w ramach zadaniach Issue 126
