My Utopian-io Moderator Application

I'm grateful for the opportunity granted by utopian-io to present forth my request for a Moderator on Utopian-io.
My name is Godwin Isong Samson, I'm a graduate of the department of mechanical engineering from the University of Uyo, Nigeria. My ID on Steemit is @gutzygwin. I am also a guitarist and a Graphics Designer. My interest are Blogging, Travelling, Graphic designing, and programming. I'm an indigin of Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria and a young entrepreneur. I finished my Mechanical Engineering programme in the University of Uyo about a year ago and so I decided to broaden my knowledge by venturing also into Graphic Designing. I currently lead a Graphic Design Team known as ForGe Designers and we're still at an infant stage but growing rapidly.

Reasons Why I Want To Be An Utopian-io Moderator.

Indeed, qualifications is only a necessity but having a good cause to my actions is rather important. I noticed that on Utopian-io platform, the time limit given for a post to under-go before being reviewed by a moderator now exceeds the normal.

Example, a post can stay up to 3-4 days before it can be reviewed by a moderator and this has happened to me mostly in my contributions under the category - BUG HUNTING.

The stack of contributions made by users are so much of recent that a vast number of moderators might be needed to help balance the system and as such I decided to lend a helping hand in supporting Utopian-io.

I also feel the need to be part of a greater community like Utopian-io as a means of being an ambassador of Steemit & Utopian-io.

Steemit Background

I've joined steemit on October, 2017 and since then I've been enlightened by the community through providing educational insights on current information like news and science inclined posts. Late last year, I was introduced to Utopian-io platform and since then, I've been a regular and consistent contributor to Utopian-io and their works. I currently hold a reputation of • 53 on steemit and I'm also an active member of PAL Discord Channel and Utopian-io Discord channel and so many other social communities on Discord.

I'm also very good in the Use Of English and other nigerian languages. I'm very good in graphic designing and programming and very grounded on the utopian-io rules and If considered I would like to join the Suggestions Category and visibility Category. I've learnt so much on this two Categories and I believe I can work well in them. Through my programming training I've acquired so much information about open source applications which I believe can be of use in helping me contribute as a moderator by making sure the quality of the contributions are up to standard and formal.
