Flutter app freezes while scrolling through the app.

The developer of this project is nextlabs.cc and their GitHub account doesn't have a repository which holds the code for this application. You can see their GitHub account here:

I can't find any reference to the application mention within this contribution within the referenced repository (https://github.com/flutter/flutter) and it's because of this I don't believe the source code for the application mention is opensource.

If you believe I'm incorrect and that the repository is correct, could you please provide me with a link to the application code within the repository, it would also be useful if the link that clearly shows the 1.0 application version number. I was unable to find this and it's because of this I don't believe the application mentioned within this contribution isn't held there. Taking the above, along with the releases within the referenced GitHub repository (https://github.com/flutter/flutter/releases) and the purpose of the of reference repository I believe my findings are correct.
