Repositories:

Mura on Crowdin | Mura on Github

Project Details:

  • Mura is a powerful innovation that offers a solution for a wide variety of contributors. from Content managing and contributing up till the development and marketing process.

  • It provides a simple and easy way to create effective, high value, low-effort digital experiences for enterprises websites, intranets, microsites, landing pages, content hubs, business applications, and more. all in one place.

  • Having an Arabic Version would open up some new possibilities for startups and enterprises in the Middle East and North African region that uses Arabic as their main language of work.

Contribution Specifications:

  • This is the fifth and last part of my contributions to the Mura project.

  • In this contribution i had finished (or at least tried to finish) what was left in the Core Admin file.

  • Some sentences and words are left untranslated because of their ambiguous nature and the absence of a clear context. and one thing to mention is that the communication with the owners of the project was really poor as they didn't provide enough clarification for the translation to be smooth in addition to the fact that our context requesting messages didn't receive any responses.

Languages:

  • The Mura project is written in english. my job during this journey was to provide an Arabic translation of it due to the fact that i'm an Arabic native speaker.

Word count:

  • Total words count: 7463 words.
  • Total words translated in this part: 242 words.
  • Number of untranslated words in this part: 3 words.
  • Number of duplicated words ≈ 30 words.
  • Time frame: from august 12 until august 14 : Proof
  • Final count: 239 words

Hi @ismailkah,

Thank you for your contribution.

    • This is your fifth and last contribution to this project.
    • There is some improvement in the presentation, but the overall arranging is still disconnected, I have left you a message about this, and I hope I can help you with this in your next contribution.
    • There is not much to say about the translation. The word count is quite low, and there are some strings that needed a context. Besides, and as we said before, all the remaining strings need a context from the project owner, and I will take care of them personally when the project owner will respond to our requests.
    • On the whole, nothing is permanent, there is always room for improvement, so you are always welcome to improve the current translation if you think that the change is necessary.
    • Looking forward to your next contribution
