Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

Hard rules broken:

Submissions must contain...benefits of the work to the project owner.

Your logo is more complicated than the original logo. what the point of two circles in your logo?

The logo in vector file not scaled properly

No logotype version provided
No comparison betwwen new and old logo provided

Suggestions:

The rules are updated, now graphic contribution is only acceptable if the project owner requested it, or if there's a proof that your work already used by the project owner.
