VS Code issue snippets isn't working inside quotations

While using vscode I've realised that. Editor is unable to show a snippets list. when coding inside a quotation mark (doubled or single) the issue is exist in all languages.
However the issue isn't exist in older versions.

In this Screenshots I've tested it on javascript language.
