Turkish Translations: docs.bitshares.org (500 WORDS)#9

I translated the docs.bitshares.org.
When I started working the project was at %14 and when I finished it was %15. I translated 500 words.

I decided to translate this project because I know Bitshares project.
Project is too long, for the translate i should be careful.
