Add a feature to send gifs and videos in zulip.

Zulip is an opensource and android application which is community built group chat platform, optimized around helping organizations communicate efficiently.
Proposal
I am proposing that there should be an option available for sending gifs and videos in zulip.

The options for gifs and videos should be implemented alongside the options that are already available. I am giving an example on these options should look like in the next clause.

In the image below I have provided an example of how this should be implemented. I have placed it next to the three options available. So that it can be easy accessible.

By sending gifs the communication between the two users becomes very entertaining and funny.
You can share your videos with your friends, family members of your beautiful moments.
You can send yout video as a gif also.
You can shared your videos of educational and business purposes as well.
