What is Consul?
CONSUL is a Citizen Participation and Open Government Application, originally developed for the Madrid City government.
Consul is an open software platform so any institution can use and modify it as they see fit, for free.
There will be local elections in my country in the near future, so I was interested with this project and I wanted to translate it. It's an amazing project for me. Who knows? Maybe in a short time my country will also use this application in the local municipalities.

• Translation Overview
  This is my 6th contribution to this project. As I mentioned in the 5th part, I translated “general.yml” file completely. This file was about issues that should be considered when making proposals and opening debates. In addition, this document gave the basic information needed to understand the project. And also it was easy to translate this file.
