Deleted folder(s) are readded when a new folder is assigned from the same directory

Expected behavior

I had expected the folder that I deleted to stay deleted from the folder list, and only reappear when specifically added again.

Actual behavior

When a folder or folders are deleted, they reappear along with newly added folders.
Safe to say that folders can't truly be deleted.

How to reproduce

• Download and Launch Phone saver from FDroid
• Grant the required permission
• Locate a float plus button at the bottom right corner of the homepage
• Click on it to import/ add folder
• After adding one or a few
• Click on the 'X' sign attached to the right of each folder, to delete/remove them from the list
• take note of folder name(s)
• Now use the floating plus button to add a different folder from the same directory
• Observe the list for any abnormal addition.

Testing Environment

• Browser: v4.0.2
• Operating system: Android v6.0 marshmallow
• Device : iTel p12
