Bricks are small blocks that you can set free on your website.
Within the template areas you can place all kinds of bricks, such as advertising banners, content bricks, contact data, news and blog entries, pictures and so on.
In order to make it easier for you and that you can design your website quickly and easily according to your own wishes, the bricks module extend the QUIQQER System with a building block system. Create own bricks of various types and insert them into the areas on your website.
With a few simple steps you can expand your website without extensive development knowledge.

What feature(s) did you add?
In addition to a lot of fixes, there have been some new features in version 0.11
The most important feature is, if the website / project is quite large, it is impossible to find out where a building block are located. A function is required with which you can see where a brick is located in the Project. This is now a lot easier.
How did you implement it/them?
- Each brick now has a new category in which you can see where it is used [7f3a5de]
- The API has been extended to find out where a brick is located. [421b75f]
The interface now looks like this:
Besides this feature there were a lot of fixes and improvements. As we are working on this module with high pressure this would now blow up the post to list all Fixes. Because of that, you can see a complete commit history here:

An interesting project! I think it would be useful to include some pictures of example "bricks" so that community members can understand the project more clearly for rating (perhaps in a section at the bottom which can just be added to each contribution).

But this was also an update of the module. I think that would not have fit in completely.

Since this module is not yet stable, some Screenshots are still missing here, when the module is ready there will be a complete introduction.
