My design Icon for the game Lichess

Hello Guys,
This is my new icon design for lichess an online android chess game, and also to my contribution to the github.

• Description of the game: Lichess is an Internet chess server. Anyone can play anonymously, although players may register an account on the site to play rated games. All features are available for free, as the site is funded by donations.

• My Design concept
  My Idea to the logo is a diamond and the chess character king and the chess board and the name of the game Lichess

My font use is a free font and included in the windows.

Benefits / improvement

My change to the existing logo so far does not represent the head of chess, it represents only his soldier, so I improved the logo I create the head of the chess this is the king the highest in the chess game.

Tools:
I used Adobe Illustrator CC 2014 version on creating/designing the icon and same with my presentation.
