Tutorial how to create disintegrating effects in GIMP

Steps to create a disintegration effect:

• Input of photos that you want to edit into the GIMP Software, Click Color > Desaturate, to change a photo to black/white or B & W

• Flaten Image > Filter > Distors > IWap

• Flaten Image > Paintbrush Tool > Setting the Opacity tool, Shape and size of the Tool

• Done, you could be Setting Levels, Curves in the beginning and at the end. I prefer it fits in the beginning like the example picture above.
