My suggestion is about additional function of the reply button
Proposal
When the user wants to reply comments from other users, he/she will just click on the reply button and this reply button will automatically write the user’s name in the comment box.

Less hassle for the user to mention/include the user’s name in his/her comments. For better and fast communication between users.
