Steemit Votes Statistics and Analysis

I am wondering how many votes are being generated every month in Steemit. Votes are are the ones being the milk and butter for people who wants to earn more in post rewards. Votes are sometimes being tagged by many as a traffic indicator since this can serve as audience traffic. The more number of votes then the more you will earn from it depending on the value of each vote. There are votes that has quite a big value than can boost immediate both your reputation and your post earnings. But there are also votes that can harm your earnings in which they call it "downvote". I would prefer people to be friendly and never try to argue with other people for this can cause conflict and misunderstanding causing each other into downvoting process. Any of this actions should be reconcile for this can harm both those who do the downvoting and the person that has been downvoted.

Why i generate this data?

I want to know which month has been generating the most votes. That is why generating of data on votes so we can get statistics if it does increase or decrease. This is very crucial to get the values , helping us determine how much traffic we are getting and how much traffic we are needed to improve.

Total Votes Generated

As we can see on the figures it has a constant increase of voting traffic from the start of Steemit until March 2017. It dropped around near 50% on April 2017 but increase on the following vote count from May 2017 until present.We have determine that we are starting to get more and more traffic by those voting counts which is really good for Steemit.

As we can see clearly on the image graph , at start March , April , May and June, it didn't go well but when it reaches July 2016 it really give a boost to the traffic. There might be a possibility that people are learning the platform on how to use and they have noticed that Steemit really pays.There is a growth from month to month as the member base increasing , more and more voting traffic are generated. There was a dowfall of voting audience on April 2017 but did get a recovery after and today more and more votings are being generated daily which prospects that it will surpass another milestone of total voting counts.

As we can see on the pie view lower percentage of the pie has been shared by March 2016 to May 2016 , this mean that those follow months are getting less traffic which we compare today. But July 2017 to Nov 2017 traffic votes really did well and increase every month.

At the start of Steemit member base is not that much and people are less active in voting or others are still in the event of learning process. They possibly don't value about votes until they know what are the uses and when to cast your votes from any articles or post you like. When users start to learn and seeing also that many people are getting rewards and at the same time they really see that Steemit really pays because most people do not take effort of learning something once they don't find any interest on it. But when people sees that many have already gain most payouts by curation system , people are beginning to get active with the voting process to earn from curation system. Curation system really helps alot so people should cast a vote not just read it but indicating yourself that you like the article or blog posted.

Checking Breakdown of November Votes

Since we are eager to know how November's performance will be , so i did make a break down of it daily so we can easily see number of votes per day for November.As we can see the breakdown of November votes , it has been around 3k and 4k range. It is really great the following vote count is maintained.

As we are checking the month of November , It has quite a good progress on Nov 1 to Nov.24 but was suddenly drops its voting audience. There might be cases that due to drop of active users voting numbers are really affected into it making the total number of votes drops drastically.

I think we need to make some opions on how to gain back the usual traffic that Steemit have acquired before.If only those active members will make some actions how to increase back the traffic. They could usually make some referring to know friends or help people that who already signed up but gone inactive. This is really a great push to increase back the usual figures that they should have acquired.

Final Analysis

• Steemit are getting many audiences every month
• Votes increasing month by month
• In November recent months has a dropped of votes, which means that Steemit needs help in growing as a community.
