Translation to Spanish of BitShares (Graphene) Technical Documentation project #5

Hello everyone! I just translated 860 words, which were translated from English into Spanish.

When I started the translation of the file, it had 6959 translated words, once I finished my contribution the file was with 7819 translated words. That is to say, I translated 860 words in total.

These translations were made through crowdin (https://crowdin.com/project/docs-bitshares-org) and here I also leave the github link (https://github.com/BitSharesEurope/docs.bitshares.eu).

As you can see the file step from having 19% translated to 20%
