Contribution Specifications

  • Translation Overview

On this contribution I worked differently than on my previous ones, and I would like to explain the reason why. I am still working on the folder CHANGELOG_IOJS.md, which is a folder that compiles the notes of the known issues, commits and the notables changes that have been made throughout every single upgrade. Therefore, there are plenty of strings that are constantly being repeated, this could be because of an issue that has not been fixed or a commit that is yet to be done. Since I noticed this, I decided to work on a more efficient way by translating all the strings of this kind one by one. What I mean by this is that, for example, on this contribution I translated around four repeated strings only. In addition, I would like to let you know that I will probably post a couple more contributions that are being done this way.

Examples of string translated:

  1. EN: Some problems with unreferenced timers running during <0>beforeExit</0> are still to be resolved.

SP: Algunos problemas con temporizadores sin referencia que se ejecutan durante <0>beforeExit</0> todavía están por resolverse.

  1. EN: Surrogate pair in REPL can freeze terminal <0>#690</0>

SP: El par sustituto en REPL puede congelar el terminal <0>#690</0>

  1. EN: <0>process.send()</0> is not synchronous as the docs suggest, a regression introduced in 1.0.2, see <1>#760</1> and fix in <2>#774</2>

SP: <0>process.send()</0> no es sincrónico como los docs sugieren, un retroceso introducido en 1.0.2, vea <1>#760</1> y corrija en <2>#774</2>
