FIFO - Automated load balancing of contribution among Moderators

Utopian Moderator Queue to action on all the contribution made on Utopian.io to maintain parity among all the contributors.

Proposal

Load Balancing and FIFO way allocation of cases. I am suggesting to have a load balancing system for each of contribution made on the Utopian.io. As any contribution made it will flow to each of the category Supervisor and through to each of the Moderators one by one.

So that each moderators do not get overburden with the specific task. If there is overflow on contribution on the category, and each of the Moderators are busy in handling the cases, all the rest contribution remain in queue. As soon as the moderators take action on assigned cases in their Queue, more case will get into his queue. unless and untill the moderators do not take action on previous cases, he will not get any more cases in his bucket.

Mockups / Examples

I tried to explain the concept through the raw diagram, i made in quick time.

Suppose, we have 7 cases, received in a specific category. Once by one 6 cases get aligned to the moderators on the category. The pending one will remain unassigned. till any of the moderators do not action on their existence bucket

Benefits

The application of Load balancing has the following benefits:

1. Equal distribution of cases among the Moderators
2. Maintain high level of Parity. As the cases are getting resolved on FIFO (First In First Out) way.
3. Avoid any chances of favouritism , those who contributed will get first resolution.
4. A well balanced way of getting the work done. No jumping of the queue to process.
5. The Moderators will work to get maximum cases done. Which further help in fastest processing and timely action.

The above suggestion has been suggested after , observing many instances, wherein the modertors approve jumps over the queue and approve latest recent cases, and donot bother on the pending older one.

I believe all the contributor in Utopian.io are equal and there should not be any kind of disparity among the user base.
