Visual Basic 6.0 is a Microsoft programming language designed to be easy to use by anyone, the earliest programming designed in the 1950s and created solely to solve complex mathematical problems. The languages are somewhat confusing for the layman. Visual Basic is a derivative of the BASIC programming language and offers the rapid development of computer-based graphics software. On May 1, 1964, the founder of BASIC language, Professor John G. Kemeny and Thomas E. Kurtz at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire run the first BASIC program . This article will guide you to create a simple calculator with Visual Basic 6.

  1. Create a new project by: select standar.exe -> select open

    Double click on any button or Command - >> delete all existing script - >> copy and paste the script below:

Hello @waniphotography thanks for the post. I have never done any programming for making computer programming. My job is to make building automation with PLC. If I want to learn a language to start develop computer programming, would you say that visual basic is a good place to start? Could I make a runnable. exe file just with this program for example? (to run on other computer which don't have the compiler installed) Thanks for any answers :-)
