I've always thought Valentine's Day was pretty cool. Some of my favorite memories are during grade school when we'd make these huge heart shaped mailboxes, that we'd tape to the front of our desks.
Then we'd go around and put our Valentine's cards in each person's heart mailbox. I always loved finding cool Valentine's to get. Some years it seemed like the selection was a little 'wonky' or whatever the cool themes were for kids, weren't what i thought was very cool.
I mean why can't they just have Transformers, Smurfs, He-Man, Lego's and Star Wars every year!!
And then of course it was always fun getting Valentines from everyone, seeing what cards people got and what candy they included.
Doesn't seem like kids are getting to do that as much now...
But curious what anyone else remembered doing as a kid for Valentine's Day that they really like--
Hope you have a great Valentine's Day today!
