I think that while there are many incredible cool and refreshing sweets for the summer time, iced teats, iced coffee, popsicles and many others, there is one that is my ultimate favorite and that is vanilla ice cream. Chocolate is good but it seems a bit heavy to me in the hot days of the season, so I always opt for vanilla. It of course cools you down instantly but the sweet creamy flavor immediately relaxes you and makes the taste buds tingle. It brings such a smile to my face and is something I can honestly always enjoy. When I travel I love to get the little cups of haagen-daz ice cream in the airports, it always reminds me of being around the world.
