When You Realize Everything in this World is Fake

in vanity •  2 years ago

First of all, I want to let you know that I am not a hateful person. I am just now at the age where I am starting to see things for what they are. We as a people are programmed from a very early age how to see things in life. I can remember back when they taught us nursery rhymes to help us distinguish the difference between boys and girls.

One nursery rhyme that comes to my mind is...

With the state of the world today, that is no longer the case.

PARENTS RAISING THEIR KIDS WITHOUT GENDER

The "gender-creative" parenting methods that are being advocated by some parents aim to allow children to choose their own identities as adults. Gender-neutral parenting is on the rise and it leans to the parents letting the child decide at and early age what gender they feel they identify with. Who is the genius that decided it was okay for a four year old to determine whether they wanted to identify themselves as male or female?

WE ARE LIVING IN A WORLD OF VANITY

We all know that everything about women is fake. They wear fake eyelashes, fake nails, fake hair (weave, wigs and extensions). They even get surgery perform to plump their lips, get larger breasts, even larger buttocks and I could go on and on. I will not leave the mean out because many men are getting weaves put in to hide their baldness, painting on beards, getting plastic surgery just like the women. Everyone and everything is fake.

Fake Elections

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 United States presidential election was heavily dependent on mail-in ballots. Trump, a Republican, has made numerous claims that the Democratic Party would be able to commit electoral fraud using mail-in ballots. The claim was immediately refuted by Snopes. Even though Postmaster General Louis DeJoy later agreed to postpone certain changes until after the election, Trump's critics claimed that he had blocked funding for the U.S. Postal Service in order to sabotage the election.

Trump also said that he wouldn't accept the results if he lost and even said he wouldn't commit to a peaceful death. While Trump's remarks were heavily criticized, the United States Armed Forces and the Senate unanimously pledged to a peaceful transition. OSCE international observers said that the elections were handled well, but that the President-elect's baseless claims of systematic flaws undermine public trust in democratic institutions.

Independent fact-checking organizations like FactCheck.org and Snopes also disproved a number of claims of election fraud in Arizona, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan. In the end, Trump lost to Joe Biden, but he refused to give up, kept making the same claims about voter fraud, and hampered the transition to the presidency.

In spite of the fact that there was no evidence of voter fraud, hundreds of affidavits were filed across the country alleging voter fraud and irregularities. On January 6, 2021, a group of people broke through the lines of police and entered the U.S. Capitol. This caused the counting of electoral votes to be delayed for several hours, and one protester was shot and killed. Because he was accused of starting the uprising, the House of Representatives decided to impeach Trump; The US Senate later found him not guilty of these charges.

Fake News

False information is nothing new, but since 2017, it has become a hot topic. In the past, we got our news from journalists and other media outlets that had to follow very specific rules. However, the internet has made it possible to publish, share, and consume news and information in a completely new way that is devoid of editorial standards or regulation.

Nowadays, a lot of people get their news from social media networks and sites, and it can be hard to tell whether stories are true or not. A general lack of understanding of how the internet works and an overload of information have also contributed to the rise in hoaxes and fake news. These kinds of stories can gain a lot of attention thanks to social media platforms.

Anyone with half a brain also knows that the news we get from the mainstream media is not always the facts. Due to political affiliations and personal interests the owners of the big news organizations can have what they wanted scripted to their news anchors to feed to the public. I could go on and on about all the other fake stuff like professional sports, music artist and Hollywood but by now should have gotten the picture of how everything is fake.
