I think we need to see the full labelling around the package, its a lithium phone which would promote attension from customs as it should of been declared as a hazmat if on an aircraft , in china they do send stuff out which should be declared in order to save money

Your thought process to try to excuse Homeland Security opening not just my package, but the phone itself, is pitiful and most of your posts seem pretty unaware about how the world works.

Enjoy your little bubble where some random regulation about cell phone batteries makes opening a man's private mail justifiable and even makes accessing the internal hardware components of his digital goods ok.
