Top 10 products that help me live a vegan lifestyle in Russia

Im coming to Russia this summer, and it will be my first time there as a vegan. I have the filling as it might be really hard for me to stay there, as for the luck of good vegan options that don't require much of cooking. What can you say about coffee shops, do they do plant-based milk options? or its hard to find?

unfortunately, no plant-based milk in coffee shops, except for starbucks! or maybe in some places during the Lent :( When I was addicted to coffee I used to carry around a small bottle of my home-made oatmilk =)) and then add to the coffee. When in Russia, it's really good idea to use Happy Cow app. And when in vegetarian restaurant - you need to be very clear about not wanting any dairy in your dish - Krishna people would love to give you extra divine liquid))

If you come in summer you can cook vegetables easily!)

Are you coming to Moscow? what's your purpose of travel?)
