I did, I wondered many times, especially in my younger years, while feeling sick and tired all the time.
Then I discovered DNA foods, like super foods, greens, sprouts, herbs/spices..... and my life has never been the same.
Green Smoothies are the most healing food I know about..
While looking for powerful medicinal natural remedies during my healing years, I have tried a lot of different edibles.
I experimented on myself for decades, and watched in awe their effects on my own cells & others.
These days it is one of my passions. I create concoctions that have the power to transform and heal.... every day is one, it is a meal that takes care of food cravings, brain cells, our DNA, and basically - activates our original blueprint.
I grew to respect and love medicinal plants, they all carry a certain vibration and have a powerful effect on human cells.
If you doubt this statement, have a large chilli or eat a whole nut meg (please do not, it has a psychedelic effect, not a pleasant one).
Once You understand how powerful plants are, You will be as fascinated as I have become.
Put together in an intelligent way, these powerful edibles create food that is nothing less then medicine, it is a nutri bomb. A LOVE BOMB that explodes inside with so much light that You cannot help but feel goooooooood.
If You never had a green smoothie before, You might find yourself really surprised at how You feel (and look) after. it is a totally different experience of your cells/Self.
So, How do we make a good green smoothie that does not taste like mud, even if it looks like one?
It is easy once we know a few basic rules.
Once You know these rules - You can make your own medicine and show others how to make it like a pro.
Rule #1 - Good fat - chia/flax/hemp seeds/avocado...etc.
Soaking chia & flax is a good idea, chia - min 20 mins, flax - best overnight. 1 T each.
Rule #2 - Fruit base - bananas, pineapples, mangoes. berries, etc, whatever you can find locally - is a good base for Your GREEN SMOOTHIE.
How much of it? Around a cup. Feel free to mix and play. In no time You will find your favorite combination.
Recently I really liked passion fruit & ginger combination.
Play with food and You will learn how to make it better for You.
Rule #3 - GS tastes much much much better when we make it with coconut water OR nut milk (home made is the best!) rather then using water.
Last Rule - GS must act like a nutrient bomb.
That is the whole point of taking smoothies - to provide our cells with super nutrients, so, dont be shy here - use high vibe plants, such as sprouts, herbs & super foods.
Choose from the list of super foods that you already know about, and take it from there.

Here is a simple example of a light DNA SMOOTHIE, no heavy duty today, nice & easy:
- Banana (frozen one makes it even more fun)
- Pineapple & Passion fruit (two)
- Young coconut water
- Chia/Flax seeds, soaked
- SPIRULINA
- Hemp seeds
- Ginger
- Passion fruit
- Coriander greens, a handful
- Sunflower sprouts, a handful.
Blend and enjoy feeling good, it is that easy.
You can make it as pretty as You want OR just have it simple.
It tastes & acts the same - like a love bomb!
