Some years ago I discovered how to make homemade popcorn which is cheaper and healthier than microwave packages. It is super simple too! In a medium hot pot put a tablespoon of oil, and 3 popcorn kernels, cover the pot and wait until you hear them pop. At this time add a 3/4 cup of popcorn kernels and cover the pot. Without opening the pot try to move them around (I move all the pot in little circles) so you don't burn them. It will take a few minutes for all the popcorn to pop. When you stop hearing them pop, take them out of the heat and enjoy! You can drizzle some vegan butter, salt, lemon and my favorite some chili sauce (I'm Mexican). Hope you try it!
