How to Make Homemade Peanut Milk

Hi, guys!

Today I'm gonna show you how to make peanut milk. Peanut milk is a vegetable milk naturally lactose free, nutritious and delicious that you can use to replace cow's milk in recipes, drink with coffee or pure as well.

Ingredients:

1 + 1/2 cup raw peanuts
700ml filtered water
Water to cover and wash de nuts

Instructions:

Put the peanuts into a bowl and cover with filtered water. Allow to soak overnight. After, drain and wash the peanuts and put them in the pan, cover with water and take to the stove until the water boiling. Drain and wash the peanuts again and place in a blender. Add 700ml of filtered water and blend until smooth. Strain it and save the pulp to make another recipe. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
