Pabellón Venezuelan Dish

I am from Venezuela, and this is an iconic dish for all of us here, usually made with brisket, I instead of that used plantain skin, and since it's my own version of this dish, instead of fried rape plantain I made "patacón" which is another venezuelan classic.
