Hi,Today I give very simple and easy to make recipe.It is very good for digestion also.That is DAL RASAM.
INGREDIENTS :-
- Tamato : 2 middium size
-Garlic : 4 cloves massed
- Tamarind : small lemmon size
-Salt : as required
Turn dal : 100 gems
Cummings seeds and Pepper : 1/2 tables spoon powder
Chilli powder : 1/2 table spoon
water : as required
coriander leaves : 1 table spoon finely chopped
Curry leaves :5-6
Tamarind powder : 1/4 tea spoon
For Seasoning :-
- Oil : 1 table spoon
-Mustered seeds : 1/2 table spoon
-asafoetida : a pinch
PREPARATION. :-
STEP 1 :-
First we boil tur dal put in cooker like this
And smash like this
STEP 2 :-
Then we take 2 tamato in a bowl and smash it like this
SYEP 3 :-
Now add all Ingredients to this
STEP 4 :-
Then add smashed dal and required water
Then boli still get bubbles like this
STEP 5 :-
Then keep away from stove then make seasoning for this.
For this we heat a pan with 1 table spoon oil.
After heat well then add mustered seeds after Franklin then add this to RASAM.
It is ready to serve.It is best combination for rice.
