Freerunner On A Plant-Based Diet

in vegan •  7 years ago

Often people think while being on a plant-based diet will limit physical performances due to lack of protein. Timothy Shieff is a great example how people can perform very well being on a plant based diet. As a professional freerunner Tim made the choice to go vegan in 2012 for both ethical and health reasons. Since that time he never looked back.

Join Tim Shieff on Youtube and watch some awesome athlitic performances he achieved just fueling his body with veggies and fruits. Just amazing!

To me Tim Shieff in an inspiration and should be to other athletes as well. That we can thrive and perform well being on a plant-based diet.

Thanks, following now!

Michel, I agree with what Timothy said in his video. I mean about the feeling of guilt once I realize what I've been doing to animals. Yikes!

Yes indeed @judyroberts I went vegan in 2013 for the same reasons like Tim "ethical and health reasons"
