That's a great resolution!! I'm glad to hear that and I'm happy for you :) This is the way I eat since April and I live it! I'm healthier amd more energetic than ever

It has been a great change for me also, I was able to get off of two asthma inhalers by taking on this way of eating, something none of my doctors were able to help me with. Hope you have a wonderful 2018!
