Ingredients:
Chickpeas flour 150 gr
Water 500 ml
Garlic powder 15 gr
Nutritional yeast 20 gr
Salt 5 gr
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Black Pepper 3 gr
Kitchen utensils:
Pot medium
Pan medium
Whisk
Big spoon
Metallic ring.
Scale
Plate.
Garnish:
Toasted brown bread, Avocado, alfalfa, tomato, coriander pesto, chia seed, basil.
Directions:
Dry prep.
Mix the Chickpeas flour with the garlic, salt, nutritional yeast.
Wet prep.
Add to water the olive oil, when is boiling reduce the fire to minimum and add the all dry mix.
Mix using a whisk until gets thick, then continue mixing using instead a soft spatula until the consistency of the tortilla is hard enough to stay together.
Take the plate and put on top the ring and add into it the Chickpeas (garbanzo) mix. with the spoon push it to take out the air and to make a compact patty.
Add one teaspoon of oil to the pan and fry the patty 5 min each side and... done!
