This is probably one of the nicest vegan lunches I have had in ages! it is the vegan version of smoked salmon bagels. Personally I never gave up meat because I didn't like the taste but for health and ethical reasons although I have since become repulsed by the texture of meat this really really tasted like smoked salmon bagels without the flesh like texture.
I have no idea how they made this so delicious but it was smoked carrots on a bed of cashew cheese topped with dill. It is from Mother works in Hackney. I saw @redrica order this at our steemit meetup and had to go back the next day to get my own!!!
Smoked carrots sound delicious! I'm about to lose about an hour searching the internet for recipes...
