We got the chance to meet vegan/plant based MD Michael Greger here in Florida while he was giving a talk on his new book "How Not to Die."

What a humble man; he had gotten 3 hours of sleep the night before and we were literally the last people to talk to him and he was willing to shoot the shit with us for like 10 minutes.

            I read Dr. Greger's email daily. He is a wealth of information and very interesting to listen to. That's awesome that you met him in person.
