Today's meal prep for lunches this week consisted of tofu, sriracha, garlic powder and black pepper. That's it.
Well and a little bit of oil spray for the pan.
But first things first. Drain your tofu with a tofu press (if you have one) or the old fashioned way with something heavy, like large, hardcover books (I used to use my harry potter books!) and paper towels.
So preheat your oven to 375 degrees, line the cut tofu on an oven tray that has been spritzed with your oil spray of choice.
Squeeze sriracha out onto the tofu slices on the tray and add some garlic powder and black pepper, all to your own personal spice liking.
Bake for 10 minutes then flip. Add more sriracha and bake for another 12 minutes.
Really yummy dipped in a vegan ranch or bleu cheese dressing.
Wow this looks awesome ! Going to try it tomorrow.
I live in China and I love the 1000's of ways they prepare it here.
I feel like in the US and Europe it still has that image of a bland soggy block sitting in it's water.
