Amazing Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Hello My Good Foodies,

This is my first submission for the VEGAN BREAKFAST CONTEST started by @vegan.niinja

What breakfast would be complete without the smell of freshly baked muffins?

Here is a list of ingredients to make gluten-free vegan muffins that are absolutely delicious.

½ cup vegan margarine (or oil)
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup cane sugar
2 egg substitute (4 tbsp. flax meal + 6 tbsp water)
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 ¼ cups all-purpose gluten-free flour (I like to use Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Baking Flour)
¾ cup quick oats
¼ tsp fine salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup very ripe banana, mashed (approx. 3 bananas)
¾ cup vegan chocolate chips

Mix the wet ingredients and dry ingredients together in separate bowls, combine and then bake for 25 minutes @ 350 degrees. They are fast and easy to make..
