🧀 The #VeganCheeseChallenge - Vegan pizza

Delicious and easy to make

Ingredients

325 grams wholemeal flour
5 tablespoons seeds (sunflower, chia, sesame, flax or amaranth, for example)
25 grams yeast
225 ml warm water
Vegan cheese for pizzas
vegetables, can be: tomato, arugula, morrón, zucchini, onion, etc.
tomato puree, seasonings: salt, oregano, etc.

Steps
In a bowl pour the flour with the seeds.

In another separate container, shred the yeast with the smallest possible hands. Then add the warm water and completely disintegrate the yeast until it is a liquid mixture.

Add the yeast to the container with the flour and seeds, and gradually add to form a dough.

Pour some drops of sunflower oil where the pizza is to be cooked and then spread. In the center place the dough and stretch to the sides until it is the desired shape.

With a spoon add tomato sauce to the pizza and scatter, add the seasonings to taste above. I used sauce packaging (check that it is vegan), although it can be made homemade.

Put in the preheated oven on medium / high heat and leave for 10 or 15 minutes, until the dough is no longer raw. Once this happens remove from the oven and put the slices of cheese already cut. Then put back into the oven, until the cheese melts enough to be able to spread it with a utensil.

Once you have cooked the pizza decorate it with the vegetables you want, I used arugula and morrón. Ready, now to eat! ! !
