I tried Temphe for the first time. I baked it and soaked it in buffalo sauce. The texture was a little weird but not bad at all. Its kind of cool trying these new items since i became vegan but its good to know that im looking out for what goes into my body!

I am not vegan but vegetarian for almost 50 years. That's quite easy and I never missed anything. Feel healthy and did not need a doctor for more than 30 years (except the dentist).
But vegan is hard and you really have to deal with food, cooking, recipes and maybe vitamins and all this stuff.
