Vegetables are awesome it doesn't make u feel heavy even you eat too much. Here is my vegetable stocks for 3 days in my ref. I forgot to put my coconut ( usually I used fresh coconut for cooking).

Great to see you use fresh vegetables for making stock! This is exactly how it should be done, not buying convenient 'stock cubes' which contain harmful additives. Thanks for sharing! Also, for any healthy posts you do, you may use the #makeithealthy tag, and I will upvote and re-steem :-)
